All payments are performed using PayPal's secure online transaction system. PayPal accepts all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). A PayPal account is not needed.

Is this a perpetual subscription?

Yes, you can choose yearly or monthly plans which will be renewed automatically. You're able to cancel your subscription at any time. However, once the current month or year has been paid, you can not get (part) of your money back. Please note: This does not apply to Wuala Business, where your payment gets you a whole year. We will notify you before your subscription is over and ask you to optionally renew.

When will my storage be available?

After we have received your payment, we will upgrade your account instantly. Please log out in order to see your updated storage.

What happens when my storage expires?

If you have stored more files than your quota allows, you can still access your files, but you cannot upload additional files. Please note: If you don’t react, we will reserve the right to block part of your files or to even delete part of your files after having informed you several times.
