Quickbase -> faster Wuala
Maybe you have noticed that browsing in Wuala got a little faster and more responsive. This was possible thanks to the switch from JDBM (a small and simple open source database) to Quickbase. Quickbase (which we have created ourselves) is significantly faster for our specific requirements. If you happen to be a Java developer looking for a persistent hash map, Quickbase is for you. We have open sourced it and made it freely available from sourceforge.
